Nature of the service

We provide an intermediation, handling and import service. The vehicle is never our property: the client is the buyer vis-à-vis the seller and the importer vis-à-vis the authorities.

Fee

Agreed in writing before work begins and does not vary. It does not include taxes, fees or the price of the vehicle.

Right of withdrawal

The regime applicable to distance service contracts, including the effect of requesting that performance begin before the period expires. To be settled with an adviser.

Vehicle warranty

The vehicle’s warranty is whatever the seller grants, documented in writing before purchase. Our service answers for the handling, not for the future condition of the vehicle.
