What we process and why

What you provide in the order or contact form (name, email, phone and details of the car you are looking for), in order to handle your request and provide the service. If you save a calculation, your email so we can send it to you. If you create an account, your registration details.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual steps you request, and your consent where commercial communications are concerned.

Retention

For the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the statutory tax and accounting retention periods. Saved calculations that do not become orders are deleted once the period to be set has elapsed.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Transfers

Providing the service involves passing data to the authorities (customs, traffic authority), to the vehicle seller in Switzerland and to the transport and type-approval providers. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.
